Real in Rio is the theme song for Rio (2011), sung by Jesse Eisenberg, Jamie Foxx, Anne Hathaway, George Lopez, Will.i.am and The Rio Singers.
The first half is sung at the beginning of the film by The Rio Singers and at the end, the cast sing the other half.
